We made the trip to San Angelo, Texas in June. My Grandpa was celebrating his 80th birthday. It was a very long drive...but worth the effort. What a milestone...80 years!
On way back home we stopped in Buffalo Gap to see baby Lucy Jane and her mother, my best friend Kaely. Our drive home was on Father's Day but I couldn't imagine a better Father's Day than spending it with my Daddy and honoring his Daddy. Well, the only thing that would have made it better was if our Daddy was home!
Only Texas can have a waffle that looks this great! I didn't know whether to kiss it or eat it!
